Smiley Face

Paxton gives me these big smiles and says cheese now. I think it is hilarious and I crack up when he does it.

Pax & I on Thanksgiving

This was at our "fake" Thanksgiving the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We were in Colorado so my family decided to do Thanksgiving early so that we could participate! They surprised me (kind of)...my dad told me on the way home from the airport the day we got there. They were going to keep it a secret longer but he spilled the beans :) I like this pic of us because I don't look huge.

Halloween

Paxton was a bee this year. We thought it was perfect for him because he is obsessed with bees...probably because he got stung by one on his foot over the summer. He thinks every bug is a bee, any piece of lint, and he used to just think everything that was out of place was a bee. For instance, a brown spot on a french fry was a bee to him. He is starting to realize what bees really are though and he was a super cute bee.
Here he is with his candy he got from trick or treating.
Adam & his first door they went to. Pax would knock on each door we went to.
The cute little bee with dad.
And his hilarious face when he hears something (I think he heard a car).

Colorado - a month ago

Paxton and I went out to Colorado to do the Light the Night Walk with my family. It was so fun and we were glad we were able to spend more time with our family. All of the pictures are in backwards order.

We were able to celebrate Mikey's and Monica's birthday while we were there. This was a picture of all the kids flocking to Monica when she opened a present that had candy in it.

Cute pic of Ethan man. Brooke dressed him up for pictures and Breanna looked at him all excited and said, "Ethan's a prophet mom!"
All the balloons had lights inside them for the walk.
Pax was a trooper. He was tired, but hung in there for all of it! All of the kids were awesome.
The family with our team banner.
The family minus all the grandkids.
With dad.

Rob eating ribs sitting in the stroller.

The boys loved the balloons and were playing together. Balloons became one of their fights though a couple days later and Paxton went behind Ethan and grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him to the ground because Ethan stole a balloon from him. They both had to go to timeout.
Most of the family with dad's bone marrow doctor on the left.
Paxton holding on to Grammy and being really afraid of the big bird. Every time he saw it throughout the night he would say birdy and wave to it.

Fun boy

How grown up does he look in this picture? He has been lots of fun lately because he tries to repeat every word I say. It sounds really funny coming from him. He has been not so fun lately as well because he is getting 2 teeth and it makes him scream and throw lots of tantrums.

By the way...

This little BOY will be joining our family at the end of January! I am excited to have a house full of boys. It's still weird to think that Paxton will be a big brother.

Touchdown

Paxton will randomly do this throughout the day now. It makes us laugh because he sounds so cute when he tries to say touchdown.

Pax dancing

Paxton absolutely loves this song and goes crazy. As soon as it's over he does the "more" sign until we sing it more.

Little Boy

This boy is no longer a baby...just look at him. I love this picture. He is turning into such a big boy. It's sad and fun at the same time.

Night at the temple

We went up to the temple to spend time at the park and walk around. It was a gorgeous night and nice spending time with each other. Paxton loved the water fountain and was trying to get in and touch the water.

I know this one is blurry, but I love his huge smile. He was running at me and I wasn't able to focus on him.

Light the Night

My dad has fought lymphoma for 3 years. A year ago he completed a bone marrow transplant and is now cancer free. In honor and in celebration of my Dad surviving and getting through the cancer battle and the 1 year mark of surviving the transplant we are participating in the "Light the Night Walk" in Denver. Our team name is "Snoy Survivors" (My maiden name is Snoy). We will be walking on Sept. 30th.

I'm raising money for a very important cause, through The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk: finding better treatments and cures for blood cancers so patients can live better, longer lives. I'm asking you to help by making a tax-deductible contribution! Please use the link in this email to donate online quickly & securely. You will receive an email confirmation of your donation as soon as it is made. I thank you in advance for your support which will make a difference in the lives of thousands of patients battling blood cancers.

I realize that it is difficult to donate with the tough economic times. If you are able to contribute you will be helping a very important cause! Any donation would be VERY appreciated, $1, $5, $10, anything counts!

I really appreciate your generosity!!

4th of July

Paxton had a great 4th of July. He got to play with the hose (which he has been loving lately), ate hot dogs, ate an otter pop, helped make star cookies, went to bed early and then got up late to go watch fireworks. Pictures in no particular order.

He would do both hands up and get really excited and yell at the fireworks. I only caught one hand up.

My favorite picture of him. Smiling and happy, but you can tell he's tired.
