Future waterpolo player

Paxton got out of the bath one night and thought it was hilarious to keep pretending like he was going to go to the bathroom on Todd's and my bed. I didn't want to go to the other room to get a diaper so I grabbed a newborn diaper that was in my drawer. It fit him, and reminded me of a tiny little speedo. I think it made Todd excited for our future little waterpolo player.

And yes that is a tripod he is playing with. He likes to use it as a microphone and be super loud.

My parents visit

I didn't get as many pictures as I should have, but my parents came out last weekend to visit and it was so nice. I love when they come out here or when I am in CO because I have adults to talk to throughout the day. We did lots of shopping, lots of playing with Paxton, went to old town, ate lots of good food, etc.We got to see the polar express getting ready to leave. All of the kids were dressed in their pajamas and so excited. We will have to take Paxton when he is a little older, but he loved seeing the "choo choo."
When we were by this Paxton kept waving and saying hiiii to a homeless man who was sleeping.
Loving having Grammy and Grampy here. He spent every second he could with them and did not like it if anyone left the room.

Belly

Here's my stomach last week at 32 weeks. This pregnancy sure has flown by compared to when I was pregnant with Paxton. I am still feeling good, but have had a harder time sleeping sometimes. I can't believe everything is going to change in 7 weeks. I am kind of scared.

Pax & I on Thanksgiving

This was at our "fake" Thanksgiving the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We were in Colorado so my family decided to do Thanksgiving early so that we could participate! They surprised me (kind of)...my dad told me on the way home from the airport the day we got there. They were going to keep it a secret longer but he spilled the beans :) I like this pic of us because I don't look huge.

Halloween

Paxton was a bee this year. We thought it was perfect for him because he is obsessed with bees...probably because he got stung by one on his foot over the summer. He thinks every bug is a bee, any piece of lint, and he used to just think everything that was out of place was a bee. For instance, a brown spot on a french fry was a bee to him. He is starting to realize what bees really are though and he was a super cute bee.

Colorado - a month ago

Paxton and I went out to Colorado to do the Light the Night Walk with my family. It was so fun and we were glad we were able to spend more time with our family. All of the pictures are in backwards order.


We were able to celebrate Mikey's and Monica's birthday while we were there. This was a picture of all the kids flocking to Monica when she opened a present that had candy in it.

The boys loved the balloons and were playing together. Balloons became one of their fights though a couple days later and Paxton went behind Ethan and grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him to the ground because Ethan stole a balloon from him. They both had to go to timeout.

I made some Halloween chocolate bark and Todd gave Paxton some. This was the end result.

Fun boy

How grown up does he look in this picture? He has been lots of fun lately because he tries to repeat every word I say. It sounds really funny coming from him. He has been not so fun lately as well because he is getting 2 teeth and it makes him scream and throw lots of tantrums.

By the way...

This little BOY will be joining our family at the end of January! I am excited to have a house full of boys. It's still weird to think that Paxton will be a big brother.

Paxton will randomly do this throughout the day now. It makes us laugh because he sounds so cute when he tries to say touchdown.
