Colorado - a month ago

Paxton and I went out to Colorado to do the Light the Night Walk with my family. It was so fun and we were glad we were able to spend more time with our family. All of the pictures are in backwards order.


We were able to celebrate Mikey's and Monica's birthday while we were there. This was a picture of all the kids flocking to Monica when she opened a present that had candy in it.

The boys loved the balloons and were playing together. Balloons became one of their fights though a couple days later and Paxton went behind Ethan and grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him to the ground because Ethan stole a balloon from him. They both had to go to timeout.

Chocolate!!!

I made some Halloween chocolate bark and Todd gave Paxton some. This was the end result.

Fun boy

How grown up does he look in this picture? He has been lots of fun lately because he tries to repeat every word I say. It sounds really funny coming from him. He has been not so fun lately as well because he is getting 2 teeth and it makes him scream and throw lots of tantrums.

By the way...

This little BOY will be joining our family at the end of January! I am excited to have a house full of boys. It's still weird to think that Paxton will be a big brother.

Paxton will randomly do this throughout the day now. It makes us laugh because he sounds so cute when he tries to say touchdown.

Paxton absolutely loves this song and goes crazy. As soon as it's over he does the "more" sign until we sing it more.

This boy is no longer a baby...just look at him. I love this picture. He is turning into such a big boy. It's sad and fun at the same time.

Night at the temple

We went up to the temple to spend time at the park and walk around. It was a gorgeous night and nice spending time with each other. Paxton loved the water fountain and was trying to get in and touch the water.



I know this one is blurry, but I love his huge smile. He was running at me and I wasn't able to focus on him.

Light the Night

My dad has fought lymphoma for 3 years. A year ago he completed a bone marrow transplant and is now cancer free. In honor and in celebration of my Dad surviving and getting through the cancer battle and the 1 year mark of surviving the transplant we are participating in the "Light the Night Walk" in Denver. Our team name is "Snoy Survivors" (My maiden name is Snoy). We will be walking on Sept. 30th.

4th of July

Paxton had a great 4th of July. He got to play with the hose (which he has been loving lately), ate hot dogs, ate an otter pop, helped make star cookies, went to bed early and then got up late to go watch fireworks. Pictures in no particular order.

He would do both hands up and get really excited and yell at the fireworks. I only caught one hand up.

Happy Father's Day

These two love each other so much, and I love them. I am so grateful for them in my life even though Paxton has been teething and is miserable.

We are in Colorado visiting my family and this was Paxton today. He played outside a lot and in the sprinklers and exhausted himself. I love this picture of him smiling.

Couponing

IS FREAKING AWESOME!!! I was talking to one of my friends from church about it and she recently started using coupons. I met up with her today at Safeway to get a lesson in couponing. There was a great sale on cereal and I ended up getting 16 boxes for $5.50. I just went back tonight and got 16 more boxes for $3!!! I am loving it! We never even buy cereal because it is too expensive normally, but when I can buy it for .25 cents a box you can't stop me. We got froot loops, crispix, rice crispies, frosted flakes, frosted shredded wheat, raisin bran. I am going to continue this couponing thing and hope that I can save lots of money.
