Advice
Anyone know how to get an almost 2 year old to stop screaming? He does a high pitch scream because he knows we don't like it and he thinks it's funny. It's getting really annoying. We have tried time outs, spanking (doesn't phase him), I will squeeze his leg (he cracked up because I guess he is ticklish), ignore him, pinch his foot (thinks it's ticklish)...he just laughs at anything we do and does it more. So if anyone has ideas I would appreciate them!

My oldest went through a screaming phase after her baby sister came along and stole her thunder. I think she just wanted attention. We tried to spend a lot of one on one time with her and reward her for not screaming. She loved to go on walks, so all day I'd tell her if she didn't scream we'd all go for a walk when my husband got home, and if she didn't listen, no walk. She eventually got it. I feel your pain, it's so annoying. Good luck!
I know you wrote timeouts hadn't worked but I swear by the supernanny naughty corner for punishment. Hinalei was screaming all the time as well and after a couple of times of being in the naughty corner she stopped. Same with throwing food and slapping people. I say go with your instincts but GOOD LUCK!
honestly, i have never had to deal with that (knock on wood). I would continue ignoring and it might just take a few days...?
